Matthew R. Jaeger

Mr. Jaeger has been litigating in the New York State and Federal Courts since 2005.  During that time, he has amassed experience in the practice areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial litigation, appellate practice and has also used his diverse experience to defend other attorneys in legal malpractice actions.  Mr. Jaeger has had the privilege of representing both plaintiffs and defendants over the course of his career.  He is experienced in trying cases to verdict, as well as negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Jaeger received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2004.  There he was awarded a position with the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.  Mr. Jaeger received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 2001.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
