Michael R. Petrocelli

Mr. Petrocelli has been litigating a wide variety of matters for the firm since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2002.  He has extensive experience in representing both individual and corporate clients in personal injury and property damage claims, and also handles real estate matters.  Mr. Petrocelli is also primarily responsible for handling the firm’s intercompany subrogation Arbitration and No-Fault litigation.

Mr. Petrocelli received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Binghamton University in 1998.  Mr. Petrocelli is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, in the Eastern & Southern Districts of New York.
