Steven DeMaggio

Mr. DeMaggio has been representing both plaintiffs and defendants in New York State and Federal Courts for over thirty years, and has taken well over one hundred verdicts in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and commercial litigation.  He has successfully negotiated hundreds of settlements in these same practice areas.  Mr. DeMaggio has also obtained many noteworthy and oft-cited appellate decisions in the New York Courts.

Mr. DeMaggio received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s Law School, and his Master of Laws degree from New York University Law School.  He received his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College in Massachusetts.  Mr. DeMaggio is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
